I'm Cody Stull, the owner and operator of StumpChomp.

I'm a full-time firefighter who moved back to Illinois after spending several years in North Carolina. I started StumpChomp because I wanted to build something of my own - a business based on hard work, doing things the right way, and building relationships with the people in the communities I serve.

Stump grinding was a natural fit. It allows me to personally handle the work, focus on quality, and give homeowners a straightforward experience from the first conversation to the final cleanup.

When you call StumpChomp, you're dealing directly with the owner. My goal is simple: show up when I say I will, communicate clearly, do quality work, and leave your property looking better than I found it.

StumpChomp is based in the Rockford area and serves homeowners throughout the surrounding communities. I'm building this company for the long term, one customer and one stump at a time.
